3-Part Package Process

PHASE ONE (First Inspection)

Our experienced team of CONQUAS certified inspectors will perform a comprehensive defects check of your unit and explain what was found to you, after which a defects report will be lodged.

PHASE TWO (Joint Inspection)

This is when we meet with the developer. A rectification plan will be discussed, and carried out.

PHASE THREE (Final Inspection)

A final defects check will be conducted to ensure that the defects highlighted were rectified.
